Some times the best therapy is laughing – even if it is a fake laughter. When you feel stuck even after trying everything you have learned, just laugh. It shifts the energy. One day I woke up gloomy and my mood did not budge for any tool in my tool kit.

Out of frustration I went to youtube and watched this and not only my mood shifted but the whole day was expansive: A Just laugh for no reason!

In this session, I was sharing the golden infinity technique with the participants for the first time and I mentioned that number 33 is associated with this symbol for some reason and I did not know why. Guess what, today in a crime TV show, number 33 was described as the number for enlightenment! Would you call this as a coincidence?
