How to unstuck yourself?

How to unstuck yourself?

Dear friends,

How you be today?

I am grateful for every one of you to be in my life directly or indirectly. What contribution can I be for you? Last week I had a client who had slipped a bit back into old habits of counting her limitations. All of us do this some times, right? What if we can inculcate a habit of counting our blessings? When I started doing gratitude list, I could not even find 3 blessings. But as I made it a daily habit, my list kept growing because I was looking for things to be grateful for through out the day to add to my list – it was my sweet little game. How do you think that changed my life? You have no idea what kind of ease I created with this! Would you be willing to start your gratitude list today?

When you feel you are stuck in something, you could try these following tools:

1) Ask ‘What is right about this I am not getting?’.
2) Ask ‘How can I use this to my advantage?’.
3) Find 3 things that you can be grateful for what is frustrating you. Why don’t you give a try right away?

Pick a problem and try these tools. Has it changed the vibration?

Some more questions for you to ponder:

What is your body telling you today? What if it can change your life for the better right away? What and who would you be without any necessities in your life? Whose permission are you waiting for to be happy? In other words, who would not approve you if you are happy right away? Is it worth waiting?

Right… More events are coming up. We are going to have a bilingual Bars class (English/Tamil) in Paris on 6th July. How does it get any better than this? What would it take for you to join this class if you are in Europe or elsewhere?

The Gorgeous You web class is on Monday. Time to come out from hiding and unleash the beauty in you? If you have body image/ weight/ self esteem issues, this is a great game to play! What and who would you be after this class?

What would it take for this planet to have more peace and joy and what contribution can you be for that?

Wishing you ease, joy and glory,
