What are conflicts? Can you sense the energy of conflict? Conflict arises when we reject something or someone. When someone has a point of view that does not align with ours, we have a choice. We could be in allowance of both viewpoints to exist or we could assume a point of view where we make one wrong for another to be right. At some level, conflict arises due to the polarity that we create within ourselves and in our universe.
Conflicts need not be external. We could be conflicted within ourselves between choices, making it difficult to arrive at a decisive course of action. Conflict with food can create weight issues and eating disorders. Conflicts have been known to create emotional stress leading various physical and mental illnesses.
In conflict resolution, you work on the conflict.
