“My Experience with JBP, I feel more ease. Sply with my pain in my tail bone, which was an acute and sharp pain pointing pain, I felt a lot of ease there.. after most of the sessions it JBP, I sleep. Which itself was quite relaxing and rejuvenating. Also felt a lot of emotional relief. I can’t surely pick on one benefit, nor do I started with any specific intention.
